Accounts Payable Clerk Jobs

Classification: Full Time ' Hourly

Pay Range: $18 - $22hr.

Location: Monterey, CA

Mission

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices (approx. 200 per day)
• Answer inquiries from vendors, suppliers, and employees, and research discrepancies.
• Perform data entry responsibilities associated with accounts payable
• Assist with open PO reports to identify and resolve exceptions.
• Handles receptionist duties as needed; including incoming and outgoing postal/courier mail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• 10-key proficiency is required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional level verbal and written communications skills (via phone, email, and in-person)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Acute and meticulous attention to detail is required
• 1 ' 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred
