Here are the details:

Pay Range: $25-$26 Hourly | Fresno | Direct Hire | Full-Time

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintains accounts payable files, both paper files and electronic and knowledge of all company procedures
• Responds to vendor inquiries, reconcile statements and connect with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Processes vendor invoices in a timely manner, include proper coding of invoices, verifies prices and terms with the purchase orders
• Monitors open receipts and unmatched invoice reports daily to verify proper transactions
• Maintains and complies with company policies on ethical standards and business practices

Additional Skillset required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable role
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelors degree preferred, NOT required
