Overview
We are currently in search of a skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing retention, and maximizing client lifetime value through our Monetization and Content Strategy. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, content creators, analysts, and educators, you will:
Manage the product launch cycle for existing clients, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to optimize KPIs such as webinar attendance, sales, and cash per sale.
Lead the evolution of our cross-channel content strategy (email, SMS, social, etc.) to nurture trust and optimize both telesales and ecommerce sales.
Contribute to the development of compelling and highly functional websites and sales funnels that foster trust and drive ecomm sales alongside telesales.
Innovate by participating in the creation of cutting-edge products and partnerships to further monetize clients and leads.
Responsibilities
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver key projects within specified timelines.
Effectively communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
Performance Analysis And Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content marketing, retention, and monetization efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement.
Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance content strategy and monetization tactics.
Content Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy in line with business objectives, with a focus on ecomm marketing.
Collaborate with diverse teams to identify content needs and opportunities across the customer journey.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps, product opportunities, and emerging trends.
Content Creation And Production
Oversee the creation and production of high-quality, engaging content across various formats such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media content, and more.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and tailored to resonate with the target audience.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure visual coherence and consistent brand messaging across all content materials.
Retention And Monetization
Develop and execute strategies to monetize content and drive revenue through diverse channels including sponsored content, affiliate marketing, premium content, and innovative monetization models.
Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify content monetization endeavors.
Content Distribution And Promotion
Collaborate with the Acquisition Director to design content distribution strategies and introduce new product lines, effectively engaging target audiences through multiple channels like social media, email marketing, influencers, and partnerships.
Seamlessly integrate content into paid media campaigns.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor content and funnel/product performance, making informed enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in content strategy and marketing, with a focus on retention, monetization, and revenue generation.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing content marketing strategies aligned with business goals, yielding measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in data analysis to refine strategies and enhance performance.
Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with analytical acumen to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality work within designated timeframes.
Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, fostering fruitful collaboration across departments.
Demonstrated ability to manage copywriters and lead the creation of impactful content and sales copy.
Thorough comprehension of SEO, digital marketing, and various content distribution channels, with bonus points for familiarity with Telegram strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective teamwork and interaction with stakeholders at various levels.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, staying updated with industry trends.

Physical Requirements
This role involves moderate physical effort and the use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. While performing job duties, employees may stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling, or carrying products up to 25 pounds by hand may be required. Additionally, using a personal computer to enter information constitutes a significant part of the job. The ability to read and hear verbal instructions in English is essential.
