What You'll Do
Collaborate with our Loan Officers to collect and review loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Input detailed loan process documentation into our system, ensuring a smooth journey from origination to close.
Prepare and submit comprehensive loan packages to the lender's underwriting department for approval or denial.
Verify borrower information, including income, employment, and assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Coordinate and maintain communication with clients, gathering necessary documents and resolving any outstanding issues.
Track and monitor loan files, ensuring timely acquisition of all required documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the loan process.
What You'll Bring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that make you a pro at building relationships.
Strong analytical skills, time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Prior experience in mortgage lending and a good understanding of loan products such as FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
Familiarity with loan processing, including knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA loans, would be highly desirable.
