Position Overview: Mortgage Loan Specialist
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring smooth mortgage transactions? As a Mortgage Loan Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing and closing mortgage loans accurately and in accordance with regulations. Your dedication will directly impact our clients' dreams of homeownership.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and dispatch re-disclosures to maintain compliance.
Prepare and manage lock-in disclosures to solidify agreements.
Execute compliance fee checks with precision.
Assemble essential closing documents for seamless transactions.
Approve and prepare Closing Disclosures for airtight accuracy.
Facilitate the acquisition of warehouse line funds.
Collaborate to resolve deficiencies in closed loans.
Effectively handle post-close processes for purchased loans.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of mortgage closing experience.
Preferred: A 2- or 4-year college degree.
Skills You Bring
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A knack for multitasking and handling multiple priorities.
Obsessive attention to detail that ensures perfection.
Strong organizational prowess.
Impressive customer service acumen.
Proficiency in arithmetic fundamentals.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 remote).
