Learning Experience Designer - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the dynamic Bay Area. Your primary focus will be creating engaging and impactful learning content to drive skill acquisition and foster positive behavior change.
Your Role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a variety of training interventions that encourage the adoption and experimentation of new ways of working.
Lead projects through the design lifecycle, providing clear timelines and constant communication with key partners.
Employ a diverse range of learning modalities, such as eLearning, instructor-led training, and more, tailored to achieve desired outcomes.
Craft instructional materials that captivate employees across various channels, including websites, blogs, videos, infographics, and self-paced experiences.

Responsibilities
Develop engaging training content to facilitate the seamless adoption of platforms, new tools, and improved ways of working.
Guide projects through the design lifecycle, offering transparent timelines and continuous communication with key stakeholders.
Utilize various learning modalities, such as eLearning and instructor-led sessions, while collaborating with teams to create instructional materials, including tutorials, digital activities, user guides, audio and video scripts, storyboards, navigational text, and tests.
Continuously analyze and enhance learning interventions based on valuable feedback, assessments, and efficacy measures.
Qualifications
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with team members and learners alike.
Demonstrate expertise in training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems, facilitating seamless learning experiences.
Showcase strategic and organizational planning skills, ensuring efficient and successful project execution.
Proficiency in various tools, including HTML, Photoshop, Rise360, Adobe, and video editing software, to craft captivating content.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent experience/training, with 5-7 years of related experience.
