Position Overview
As a Personal Membership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, impressing, and retaining our most esteemed members. These members include top entrepreneurs and leaders in various fields, such as business, sports, and entertainment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to this discerning group, ensuring that each member can truly experience life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Professionally onboard bespoke members, tailoring our services to meet their unique needs and ensuring they understand the value of their membership.
Build strong, trustworthy professional relationships and meet members face to face.
Act as a role model for luxury service, setting high standards for top-notch servicing.
Develop strategies for engaging low and high usage members, addressing any roadblocks to their use of our services.
Collaborate effectively with Lifestyle Executives to optimize member experiences.
Manage member requests efficiently, offering excellent options and engaging with members to maximize request conversions.
Promote the broader offerings of our organization to our members and collaborate with specialists to ensure top-tier service.
Maintain up-to-date records and feedback in our CRM system.
Demonstrate a commercial mindset to identify commission opportunities.
Act as an ambassador for our organization at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury lifestyle management.
Strong understanding of the expectations and demands of Ultra High Net Worth individuals.
Proficiency in using a CRM system.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.
Deep empathy and the ability to quickly connect with members, building trust.
Confidence in communicating with UHNW clients.
A proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
Proficiency in delegation and follow-up, both internally and externally.
Proven track record of building trust with members and ensuring high member satisfaction.
Analytical approach with a commercial understanding of service delivery.
