About The Role
As a Technical Project Manager, your primary goal is to lead multi-year customer AMS and Project engagements. Below are some of the key expectations for this role:
Effectively manage customer expectations.
Support the financial closing process.
Facilitate and conduct steering committee meetings to provide management oversight and guidance to the project team.
Foster knowledge management and documentation.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Drive incident management and problem-solving processes.
Lead root cause analysis efforts.
Continuously assess the skills and competencies of the team, implementing measures for improvement.
Conduct daily stand-up meetings.
Oversee the work of offshore team leads.
Optimize and enhance team performance.
Meet SLA targets and drive improvement measures.
Promote automation and self-service solutions.
Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
Manage development engagements.
Run Scrum processes.
Drive and lead account growth initiatives.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience supporting financial applications such as NetSuite and other applications in the Q2C and P2R track.
Profound understanding of SOX Compliance.
Experience with ITIL processes or ITIL certification.
Proficiency in managing financial closing processes (Month End, Quarter Close).
Strong leadership skills for effective customer engagement management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with consultants and clients and delivering project presentations.
Experience in managing large teams, including offshore locations.
Commitment to operational excellence and a continuous improvement mindset.
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
