Are you passionate about helping others in their time of need? We are currently seeking a Hotel Coordinator to assist in securing comfortable and convenient hotel accommodations for displaced policyholders. As a Hotel Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, collaborating with adjusters and policyholders to identify specific requirements and ensure a seamless lodging experience.
Required Working Hours
Option 1: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT
Option 2: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT
Key Responsibilities/Expectations
Professionally handle incoming calls and manage insurance housing requests.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned adjusters, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Maintain regular contact with policyholders throughout the lodging process, providing updates and assistance.
Utilize various methods to research and identify suitable housing options.
Efficiently book reservations through property management systems.
Facilitate all necessary paperwork for a smooth booking process.
Strive to exceed assigned performance objectives, delivering exceptional service.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of our company and its services to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues.
Proactively identify and address potential complications to ensure a hassle-free experience for customers.
Adapt to customer account and communication preferences while seeking opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
Optimize efficiency and minimize costs through well-organized processes.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure.
Strong written communication skills for report and business correspondence.
Skills
Self-driven and adaptable self-starter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional and articulate demeanor.
Courteous and friendly phone etiquette with a pleasant speaking voice.
