About The Role

You'll work alongside our skilled technicians, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that our fleet runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Take the wheel of our autonomous vehicles and guide them through the bustling streets of San Francisco.
Work closely with our planning teams to adjust maintenance schedules based on daily constraints.
Prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth flow of work at our facility.
Verify vehicle readiness and the availability of labor and parts.
Communicate vehicle completion status and collaborate with various teams to ensure they have the support they need.
Manage approvals for repairs and coordinate with external partners.
Keep our systems updated and organized, maintaining clear records of work.
Address changes in work scope and ensure that all tasks are accomplished as requested.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in a service operations environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience In The Automotive Or High-tech Industry.
Ability to manage remote service teams.
Knowledge of automotive products, repairs, and parts.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to innovative automotive technologies.
A team player who goes above and beyond to achieve common goals.
Clean driving record (multiple violations and certain accidents may disqualify you).
