As the Senior Controller, your responsibilities will encompass the management of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures, the nurturing and guidance of a dedicated team, and the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements. In addition, you will collaborate with external auditors, establish and uphold internal controls, streamline order-to-cash and accounting workflows, and ensure the maintenance of accounting systems to support the company's exciting growth journey.
To excel in this pivotal role, a CPA credential is a must, along with a track record of accounting leadership within a fast-growing technology or software enterprise. A background in Big 4 public accounting, coupled with CPA certification, is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount. You should thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and maintain unwavering focus on cultivating a culture of collaboration and results-driven excellence.
In return for your unwavering dedication and hard work, this opportunity offers a competitive base salary of up to $250,000, contingent upon your experience and qualifications.
