Responsibilities
Collaborate in project planning and coordination to meet deadlines and resource constraints, adapting schedules as needed to ensure project success.
Regularly liaise with client representatives to provide updates, address issues, and proactively identify solutions.
Design, plan, and conduct training workshops for project stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and informed environment.
Manage project budgets and contribute to the development and administration of financial resources.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders across our organization, partners, and clients.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong corporate writing skills.
Expertise in creating engaging presentation materials.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Exceptional corporate writing and executive briefing skills.
Proficiency in storytelling through broad audience writing.
Experience with design tools like Canva for creating flyers and graphics.
Effective proofreading skills.
Required Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business, writing, marketing, or a directly related field.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Education
Master's Degree.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or operations/strategy-related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in project management and/or security operations.
Strong background in customer service and service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of business administration and project management principles.
Experience in security and/or law enforcement.
Proficiency in data synthesis and data-informed decision-making.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, foster alignment, and promote collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
Thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable work environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
Self-starter with multitasking abilities, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
Competency in the Microsoft 365 Suite, including PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerPoint, and Excel.
