Position Overview
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of high school students. Your passion for education, adaptability, and genuine care for others will drive you to excel in this role. You will guide prospective students through the admissions process.
Your Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Host events and activities to promote our academic programs and campus community, generating interest and inquiries. Deliver exceptional counseling to prospective students and families through various mediums such as in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, texts, and virtual sessions.
Building Relationships: Connect with high school students, teachers, and local school staff to foster relationships. Engage with youth groups in your territory, participate in fairs, school visits, presentations, and campus events.
Guiding Prospective Students: Independently support students and families through the admissions process, utilizing critical thinking skills to ensure their successful transition to campus life.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a positive credit history.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivation and a proactive approach to challenges.
High emotional intelligence and empathy.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule for travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
