Our Mission
We're dedicated to crafting, developing, and executing learning solutions and curriculum materials that cater to diverse learning styles. This includes instructor-led sessions, self-paced modules, mobile learning, as well as engaging video and audio-based training.
What You'll Be Involved In
Conduct thorough needs and job analysis, effectively communicating development requirements throughout the organization.
Leverage data analysis to determine the most effective learning methods for various work groups.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, business sponsors, and learners to ensure learning objectives are met.
Present complex information in ways that are engaging and instructively effective.
Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest refinements as needed.
Monitor employee performance and assess training outcomes.
May provide recommendations for innovative training approaches.
Possibly contribute to system administration and course maintenance, including Learning Management System (LMS) oversight.
What We're Seeking
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-7 years of experience in designing training for adult audiences within a professional setting.
Preferred: Certification in Information Mapping/DocuTools.
Strong training project management skills, including needs analysis, scoping, time estimation, and execution.
Proven ability to critically analyze and review data.
Proficiency in graphic and user interface design.
Familiarity With Tools Like
Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Bridge, Premiere, InDesign, AfterEffects, etc.).
Articulate 360 (Storyline 360, Rise, Studio 360, Replay, etc.).
Snagit 2018 or later.
Camtasia 2018 or later.
Microsoft Office Applications.
Online graphic design applications such as Venngage, Canva, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML, ActionScript, or application/gaming design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and a proactive self-starter.
Ability to multitask and swiftly address emergent challenges.
Preferred: Instructional design certificate from a recognized organization (ASTD, eLearning Guild, Langevin, etc.).
Compensation Range
$56,880 - $101,120
The initial hiring range provides a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation is influenced by various factors, such as job-related expertise, skills, experience, business needs, and geographical location.
