Overview Lead Learning Experience Designers are responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for learners. They use a variety of tools and techniques to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences that meet the needs of the target audience. They are also responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the learning experiences they create. Detailed Job Description Lead Learning Experience Designers are responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for learners. They use a variety of tools and techniques to design, develop, and deliver learning experiences that meet the needs of the target audience. They are also responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the learning experiences they create. They must be able to identify the needs of the learners and develop learning experiences that meet those needs. They must be able to create effective learning experiences that are engaging and motivating for learners. They must be able to collaborate with other members of the learning team to ensure that the learning experience is effective and meets the needs of the learners. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design or related field
