About the role…
The Junior Account Manager: Merchant Sales position is a revenue generation role designed to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by closing up-sell / add-on opportunities specific to our credit card products and integration partners.
Expectations
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Become the subject matter expert, and drive cross team collaboration and understanding of our credit card products and integration partners
- Complete effective discovery calls focused on learning the prospect’s current credit card related challenges
- Generate and close credit card integration sales opportunities within the current customer base while working closely with our credit card partners to increase the velocity at which our customers utilize their products and services
- Generate the highest probability of sale through effective demonstration of proven sales behaviors including, but not limited to...
- Provide effective solution recommendations while communicating accurate business value alignment between the customer’s challenges and the recommended solution

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Commission + Benefits, 100% 401(k) matching (up to 4%) and profit sharing.
