About The Position

As an Account Executive at Justt, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating our sales growth and directly impacting the company’s success. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and research new relevant sales targets and take part in keeping our revenue engine running.

Our ideal candidate has the drive to "get things done", having the initiative and desire to do whatever it takes to help move the company forward.


This AE role would be focused on global travel and tickets vertical (OTA, travel agencies, large ticketing platforms).


In this role, you will:


  • Understands the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
  • Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit targets on a quarterly basis
  • Share your best practices, and benefit from those of your colleagues
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects in assigned vertical(s), geographies, and/or market segments which will result in achieving/exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Work with key prospects as they onboard with Justt’s customer success team.
  • Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities for Justt’s products and service solutions over the phone, Zoom, email, social channels, and in person meetings
  • Work closely with and support internal Justt teams, providing technical expertise and support, and participating in client engagements up to C-level engagements for more complex solutions in smaller
  • Seek out new opportunities, expand, and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in assigned vertical(s), geography, and/or market segments through phone, email, social and any other prospecting and engagement means available to drive contract and revenue results.
  • Understand customer needs and chargeback flow to gather information, generate interest and bring in successful customers
  • Develop a strategy for long term success, by both building and leading your own book of business.
  • React to inbound customer requests via phone and online.
  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work with the Growth team to identify and research relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc)
  • Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.

Account Executive Qualifications/Skills:


  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Working knowledge of credit card or payments industry
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Networking and negotiation skills


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education, and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Stable employment history
  • 2+ years of sales experience exceeding quotas
