by the field team along with other internal data sources.

  • SOCIAL: Monitors social media, news, and blogs for KOL-owned and earned content

within a disease state search.

  • PLANNING: Streamlines the planning and coordination of KOL engagements across

the organisation, ensuring optimal utilisation and value.

The Opportunity: We are hiring a passionate,

results-driven SaaS Sales Account Executive to join our team. The SaaS Sales Account

Executive is a critical role in our company. This person will be responsible for driving new

business sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position

requires a unique blend of business acumen, SaaS sales expertise, and exemplary

interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:


- Identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new sales opportunities through multiple

mediums (email, phone, LinkedIn outreach, trade shows, inbound website leads,

etc.).

-Conduct deep discovery to understand the problems, goals, and pain points of the

prospect. Use your learnings from discovery to conduct a prospect-centric demo that

positions you as a trusted ally and problem solver.

- Conducting product demonstrations and explaining features and benefits to

customers and prospects.

- Successfully managing and overcoming prospect objections to drive sales

progression.

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

-Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


- Partnering with internal teams to develop sales strategies, respond to RFPs, and

drive customer success.

- Providing accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

- Staying informed of market trends and maintaining a deep understanding of our

product solutions and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

-A degree in life sciences is a plus, or Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales to pharma, preferably Medical

Affairs and Commercial.

- Strong working knowledge of healthcare and pharma is required.

-Prior global selling experience at an enterprise level would be a plus.

- Proven track record of driving the sales process from prospecting to close.

- Should come with a strong network in place, relevant to AP (Medical Affairs teams in

mid to large pharma and biotech)

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all

levels of an organisation.

-Solid experience with CRM software (such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)

- Understanding of sales performance metrics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, and sales targets.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
