Job Overview


We are looking for a proactive and high-achieving Account Executive with a track record of exceeding targets and an excellent sales skill set. You will be required to apply a consultative approach to identifying customers’ requirements, providing high-value solutions, demonstrating ROI, and closing business.

By relying on your prior experience in selling services and solutions, you will deal with Director and C-Suite level decision makers within your customer base. Impeccable communication skills and a tenacious, adaptable attitude to build solid working relationships with business prospects and work in a rapidly changing environment are fundamental and highly appreciated skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Qualify inbound leads effectively and make quantified solution recommendations by matching business requirements with the OverIT solution.
  • Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely manner according to internal SOPs.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to proactively move opportunities along the pipeline.
  • Demonstrate OverIT products and services upon gathering customers’ requirements.
  • Maximize all sales opportunities and achieve individual targets.
  • Establish customer’s needs by building rapport, using effective questioning techniques, and matching them with the OverIT product and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Cooperate with senior management to arrange customer visits where appropriate.
  • Action incoming emails to sales group.


Required experience and skills:

  • Experience in working in a start-up/scale-up environment is a nice to have.
  • Data-driven and entrepreneurial approach.
  • 7+ years’ experience in SaaS applications.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets/KPI.
  • 7+ years’ experience in technology alliances and business development.
  • Strong understanding of Field Service Management software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
