Job Description
SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for Account Executives in all territories across the United States who have experience selling into the Multi-Family/Property Management vertical to identify new business opportunities in various regions of North America. The roles available range from Senior AEs all the way to Enterprise Named Account AEs, on both our New Accounts and Growth teams. We are looking for 10xers who come in and make an immediate impact with our proven sales process. The ideal candidate will be a relentless hunter consistently employing thoughtful sales processes with a consistent track record of sales over-achievement. The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to drive and grow new business for SOCi. This will require you to serve as a subject matter expert in the industry and our platform. This is a client-facing role requiring deep industry expertise, proven ability, and a broad base of industry contacts.

How You’ll Make An Impact


  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline as well as projected contract closing dates
  • Use your understanding of the industry's issues towards a commitment to advance SOCi's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new and existing customers
  • Subject matter expert on the value and benefits of localized marketing at scale and how SOCi can support their needs
  • Consistently identify new sources of business
  • Ability to build a good case for prospective clients, developing relationships with high-level decision-makers, and making a compelling presentation to close business
  • Continuously stay abreast of new company technologies and services to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve prospective client challenges/objections
  • Generate business plans to define your business strategies and tactics
  • Represent SOCi at top industry and vertical events
  • Prospect and sell opportunities into the Multi-Family/Property Management space


What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • Experience in attending NAA / NMHC multi-family events
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve prospective client challenges/objections
  • Self-starter with a creative entrepreneurial spirit
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales in PropTech/MarTech
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
  • Adaptable; able to quickly learn new technologies and processes
  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
  • Creative strategist; develop new ways to drive sales and value to existing and prospective Multi-Family/ Property Management clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Property Management vertical experience and existing industry contacts/relationships
  • Ability to prove consistently hitting or overachieving quota
  • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
  • Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Accounts
  • Must Have:
  • Refined and proven sales methodology
  • Have experience selling cutting edge, disruptive technology to top decision-makers at the enterprise level
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
