Job Description

Overview


Cynoteck Technology Solutions currently has a career opportunity for an Account Executive to support our Salesforce Practice covering our USA markets. This person will focus on our Salesforce Services Portfolio (Consulting, Implementation, Integration, AppExchange product development, App Migration, Community development) You will be aligned to our key partnerships and have primary responsibility to open new client relationships.


Qualification:


  1. Years of Experience: 3-5+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience
  2. Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, product offerings, updates to be able to have meaningful engagements with prospective clients and establish “trust”
  3. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at small and medium enterprises
  4. Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies, e.g., Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power based Selling, Target Account Selling
  5. Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  6. Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  7. Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.


Responsibilities


  1. Manage the overall relationship and communication with key clients and have full command of their business model, application landscape and how Cynoteck solutions deliver value
  2. Manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process, working closely with the Cynoteck delivery team (initial lead inquiry, qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW creation, contract negotiation and closing)
  3. Develop and manage key relationships with Industry/Technology partners and Partner Alliance personnel to drive additional new business and provide proper communication on territory/account activity
  4. Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal
  5. Travel to client sites where needed (up to 50% travel)
  6. Additionally,
  7. Establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers.
  8. Establishing and building "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals.
  9. Positioning Cynoteck as a Strategic IT partner and identify opportunities to implement IT solutions.
  10. Contributing to new business development efforts.
  11. Must bring top-notch relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions.
