Job Summary:
As an IT Technical Support, you are responsible to provide technical support on computer hardware,
peripherals, software, application, network printers, online meeting collaboration, conference room audio
and etc. within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA). You are also responsible to provide support
on Telephone System and mobile devices.
Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all IT peripherals setup are complying with the defined standard.
• Manage and maintain computer asset inventory including hardware, software and software licenses using ITAM solution.
• Provide technical support on computer, IT peripherals, Telephone PABX and mobile devices.
• Develop and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for IT Technical Support.
• Support on events such as AGM and so on.
• Respond to and resolve request/issues assigned through the ticketing system and ensure SLA is met.
• Manage and maintain company mobile device including billing administration, new line registration or renewal and mobile device setup.
• Manage and maintain anti-virus agent and IT asset agent.
• Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
• Support for office facilities setup request such conference meeting, online meeting.
• Collaborating with other departments to support the organization’s cybersecurity framework.

• Organizes own workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.

It is obligatory that you supply us with all the information described in the Employment Application Form and any other employment related forms.
