Job Description

We are looking for an L2 IT Technical Support Specialist for a client based in NY, NY. This is a long term, contract-to-hire position.

Scope:

We need an L2 resource who can work quickly and carefully in a large and complex environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Telecom administration - configuration, patching, deployment
  • Administration of Active Directory-accounts, and group policies
  • O365 administration - user and mail profiles, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, security groups
  • Remote, and hands-on support for desktop, user, network, and server infrastructure (75+ Employees, PC and Mac.)
  • DUO SSO administration
  • Advanced application and endpoint troubleshooting

Must Have:

  • Strong experience with Active Directory and O365 support, administration and troubleshoot
  • Hands-on experience with Desktop support, telecom administration and endpoint troubleshoot
  • 5-7 years of experience with above skills
