Who We Need:We’re looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our growing law firm and who will report directly to our Director of IT. The ideal candidate must have very strong organizational skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and innovative environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Must be able to assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Remote Desktop and VDI’s. Users should also have knowledge in wireless handheld devices, laptops and video presentation equipment. They will work closely with the Director of IT on project related tasks, along with daily system support maintenance issues and internal training efforts
• Have the ability to work independently and as a member of a close team servicing a wide variety of customers, both internal and external to the firm
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to prioritize workloads under strict deadlines is necessary

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
• Network and cyber security experience are a plus
• Microsoft Certifications and experience working in a law firm is preferred, but we will consider motivated candidates without such expertise
• Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
• Proficient with all versions of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote meeting software (Teams, Zoom, Ring)
• IT Project Management experience preferred

Salary Information:

$19.00 – $22.50 hourly based on experience and skillset.
