Director Of End User Experience (It)

• Understand business processes, goals, drivers, and priorities. Facilitate planning, strategy, and roadmap activities aligned to business needs
• Perform in a continuous improvement mode (constantly look for ways to operate more efficiently and effectively; and apply change). Adhere to department principles, processes, standards, conventions, and industry best practices when performing work.
• Accurately plan and track financial forecasts for assigned cost center(s); accurately manage licensing, subscriptions, and contracts
• Support, train, and share knowledge with peers, end users, and other teams as needed. Work and professionally interact with external vendors to plan and perform required work
• Review and provide feedback on system solution documentation (architecture/design, run books, etc.)
• Lead and provide day-to-day management of direct reports while improving organizational culture through excellent end-user experience
• Track and meet or exceed availability, performance, security, and other key department/company goals metrics.
• Participate and facilitate support calls if needed to resolve complex system issues
• Accurately plan and track work resource forecasts for direct reports, continually mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to meet company goals (short and long term)

• Experience managing teams of 4 or more for medium to large size projects or work efforts at/or under budget
• Imaging, configuring, and deploying computing devices (PCs, tablets, etc.), configurations, and applications.
• Basic networking (wired, wireless, ports, switches, routers, access points, etc.)
• Experience in supporting productivity and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, UC is preferred
• VDI, EMM solutions (AirWatch preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in providing exemplary service delivery which focuses on end user experience to meet or exceed end user needs and satisfaction
• Solid working understanding of ITIL, SOX, HIPAA, security best practices, and service management systems like SBM, ServiceNow, etc.
• Basic Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, DFS, File/Print, and certificate services
• Hardware and software deployment tools like Microsoft MEM(SCCM)/Intune
• Experience with large office relocations – budgeting, planning and executing
• Experience with Phone/Unified Communications equipment, Video conference room systems (cameras, microphones, sound systems, software/services, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Basic computing security (malware, access control, Email filtering, encryption, data loss prevention, etc.)
• Strong experience with telecom management (vendors, billing, services, equipment, SIP, VOIP, analog, PRI, PSTN, etc.)
• Tier 1 (Service Desk) and Tier 2 Support experience
• Ability to work within a distributed end user environment of 6+ sites, 500+ users
• Experience with personal devices like PCs (Windows 10,11, BIOS/UEFI) and mobile (Windows, Apple, Android)
• Computer peripherals like cables, monitors, wireless display, printers/MFPs, fax, and scanners

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $200,000-$225,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
