OVERVIEW
The IT Support Specialist will work under the supervision of the VP, Technical Operations and be responsible for providing internal desktop support, developing IT best practices, and maintaining our IT office infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in providing technical support for an organization, strong knowledge of basic computer functionality and Google workspace, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

The IT Support Specialist will be required to work with macOS, Windows, various SaaS applications, and Google hardware. As well as perform software installation and support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and provide technology training for our teams.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Conduct periodic system audits to document and clearly articulate the requested information which may be related to license costs, role-based permissions, security, events, and more
  • Read documentation, take training courses, and use any means necessary to learn how to handle required responsibilities for anything unfamiliar within the scope defined by Leadership
  • Meet the needs of others who request assistance from IT always with consideration towards continuous improvements that can be made.
  • Manage, resolve, and document notes on support tickets in a timely manner.
  • The installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN network systems.
  • The installation and maintenance of Logitech Rally Conference systems
  • Implementation of SSO & best practices
  • Responsible for troubleshooting issues, delegation, and escalation as appropriate, and maintenance of support tickets.
  • Ensure proper administration of SaaS applications being used by various internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Experience with SaaS management.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility.
  • Thorough understanding of Google Workspace applications/infrastructure.
  • Understanding of the subtleties & nuances of working with different departments, personalities, and challenges that IT is presented with.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • High degree of attention to detail, with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Ability to project manage.

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Any experience in automating tasks via scripting and/or integrations.
  • Any experience with rolling out a new software platform for a specific department or the entire company.
- Any experience with IT compliance (i.e.- HIPAA, SOC2, etc).
  • Experience with computer networking concepts.

COMPENSATION
95-105k *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
