Located in New York, New York, we are client-first managed service provider that offers a variety of support services in a rapidly evolving environment including: Cybersecurity, Cloud & Infrastructure Management, and Consulting. Due to increased clientele and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring a Support Associate with a strong background in Ticket and Queue Management for a Managed Service Provider.

What You Will Be Doing
As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and executing all on-site appointments, work within your team to support service tickets are handled according to best practices, and staying on top of all relevant technologies and security standards.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years Experience With The Following

• Working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• IT Glue
• ConnectWise
• IT Support
