Junior It Support Engineer

We are OptionMetrics, one of the world's most trusted financial data and research providers in the options markets. We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our Ops team. The Junior IT Support Engineer will be required to work on-site in our NYC Office 3 days per week. This is a part-time, ongoing role.

The Junior IT Support Engineer Will:

• CCNA level knowledge and/or experience
• Support local and remote end users
• Maintain and support office network and equipment (Printer, Phones, PC/Laptops, TVs, office network, and other devices)
• Support computer and network devices installation, setup, and troubleshooting
• Have :1 year of experience as IT support
• Have knowledge of AWS, scripting/coding is plus
