IQEQ works with managers in multiple capacities ranging from hedge fund, private equity fund, and mutual fund launches; private equity fund administration; advisory firm set-up, regulatory registration and infrastructure design; ongoing regulatory compliance (SEC, CFTC, and 40 Act); financial controls and operational support services; compliance and operational related projects and reviews; and outsourced CFO/controller and administration services to private equity fund investments – portfolio companies, real estate assets and energy assets. Our client base is growing, and our existing clients are engaging the firm across the spectrum of our services offerings.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MSP IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues. This position requires on-site support as necessary and candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Monitor and maintain client networks and systems.
- Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Provide on-site support as necessary, including troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software systems.
- Document all client interactions and technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts
- Preferred Industry certifications: Comptia A+, CompTIA Network+, MCSA (Win10), Microsoft IT Support
- Ability to provide technical support coverage starting at 7-8am
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Office 365 Experience including O365 / Azure / Intune Administration; User, Group and Exchange Management, including Device Enrollment and Troubleshooting.
- Be able to work in tight spaces, such as under desks, to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Lift and move equipment, such as computer systems and peripherals, that may weigh up to 50lbs.
- Capable of lifting 50lbs.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- 3+ years of experience in an IT help desk or similar role
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a managed services environment is a plus.
Additional Information
IQ-EQ offers and attractive compensation package dependent on experience and qualifications in the range: $75,000 - $90,000.
