[100 Remote] It Technical Project Manager

• Type: Long Term Contract
• Location:100% Remote
• Rate: $65 - $75 per hour W2 OR C2C

Responsibilities:

• Elaborate project timeline taking into consideration the technical complexity and activities of the project
• Elaborate Project Definition and Project Reports and participation in Project Committees.
• Assist in the preparation of technical infrastructure standards including build and configuration standards for assigned technology domains.
• Supervise HW and SW installation tasks as needed to assist project delivery and provide assistance and expert guidance as needed.
• Propose project work program.
• Identify, develop, and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist. Develop and maintain technical documentation as an outcome for the Projects
• Strong technical background to understand, provide solutions and manage technical concepts
• Provide adherence to Architecture and PMO methodology
• Collaborate and contribute with the technical experience in the Technical Infrastructure Design for key technology platforms as part of platform upgrade and refresh activities.
• Perform technical assessments/reviews between different infrastructure options as part of platform upgrade and refresh activities.
• Provide technical input to architectural planning – utilizing relevant experience facilitate that architectural plans and budgets reflect the activities and investment required to move from the current state to the desired state.
• Project close - after project tasks are completed - perform project evaluation, highlight project success and/or learnings from project history
• Manage project budget and report on project budget variances.
• Coordinate IOC cross-functional teams. Hold regular program/project status meetings.
• Quality plan preparation.
• Monitoring and Control of all tasks and milestones of the project, especially those that are in the critical path.
• Interaction and collaboration with local and global senior management and across all business units and organizations to coordinate project planning.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions. Risk management and contingency plans preparation considering the technical and business ecosystem where the project is located
• Support the identification of the training needs. Preparation of the training plan.
• Support on the introduction and maintenance of tasks and progress in the Clarity PMP tool.
• Contribute to Lead technical solutions implementation in coordination and aligned with the client Technical strategy
• Support the development of project management procedures.
