Job Description

Position

The IT Support Analyst will work from the Global Flagship Building to support the day-to-day technical functioning of the building. The scheduled working hours for this role are Tuesday through Saturday from 9am-6pm. Please submit an application if you are open and available to work those days/times.

Application:

  • Partner with IT Cegid team on releases
  • Manage Teams technologies such as walkie-talkies
  • Support selling events
  • Cegid pairing
  • Track issues that are operational versus IT problems
  • Track tickets assigned to support teams
  • Cegid support
    • Track tickets assigned to support teams
    • Manage escalations
    • Track issues that are operational versus IT problems
    • Partner closely with Yumi for training / support
    • Partner with IT Cegid team on releases
    • Monitor / report on order monitoring / missing sales
    • Support selling events
    • Cegid pairing
  • Monitor / report on order monitoring / missing sales
  • Administrator for Teams Merchandising application
  • Assist with escalations for provisioning of applications and access for new staff
  • Owner of traffic count at Landmark
  • Manage escalations
  • Partner closely with Yumi for training / support
  • Owner of Waitwhile application

Infrastructure:

  • Digital screens
  • Responsible for video conference and blue tube technology
  • Liaise with regional it for replacement and new IT equipment
  • Digital artwork
  • Wayfinding
  • Liaison between store and 3rd party technology
    • Digital screens
    • Wayfinding
    • Digital artwork
    • 2x restaurant providers
  • 2x restaurant providers
  • Manage the 75 Payment hubs and payment devices
  • Responsible for iPhones and iPhone deployment

VLM

  • Ensure that incidents and problems are been managed in a timely manner
  • Manage overall support process

Other:

  • IT support for brand exhibition
  • Coordinate extra support during busy periods and events

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects while optimally prioritizing workload
  • A strong sense of independence and initiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience
  • Enjoys working with and supporting others in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Team player and proactive personality
  • Resilient, diplomatic, discreet, confidential and trustworthy
  • Maturity and discretion to handle confidential matters
  • Ability to travel into the Flagship Building 5 days a week in person.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $88,740-120,060 yearly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
