Human Resources Representative Jobs

Location: Pala, CA
Welcomes Team Members and applicants with a professional greeting, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries within Human Resources.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of personal computer with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must read, write, speak and understand English.
Bi-lingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin preferred.
Essential Job Functions
Greet all visitors as they enter Human Resources.
Review employment and gaming applications to ensure completion.
Maintain the Staffing Specialists' daily interview/application file.
Administer pre-employment testing as necessary.
Track birthday wheel gifts.
Maintain the front office with the necessary office supplies and HR forms.
Maintain and update binder with master copies of HR forms.
Answer phones and forward calls/inquiries to the appropriate Human Resources person.
Assist Team Members with Kronos Self-Service as necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
