  • This position will work onsite at our Administrative Office in Roseville, CA.***


Summary As the Human Resources Assistant, you will be supporting the HR team with various human resources functions such as leave of absences, benefits, and various projects. This position will work out of our Administrative Office in Roseville, CA.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Human Resources


  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives
  • Carry out employment verifications
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations
  • Process onboarding of new hires and rehires
  • Produce and submit reports as needed
  • Assist and/or process employee status changes
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner on the leave of absence (LOA) process including, but not limited to fielding LOA requests, providing the necessary paperwork, issuing notifications, and tracking
  • Provide additional administrative HR support as needed
  • Process employee separations

Education and/or Experience


  • Must be comfortable with change and be able to multi task
  • 3+ years experience working as an Administative Assistant
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills
