Job Description

Our client is a Manufacturing company looking to hire a hands-on HR Specialist This is a quickly growing entity with great policies/procedures in place, excellent internal resources, and dedicated leadership. This is a fun, dynamic work-place that invests and empowers their people.


This person MUST have experience with contract review and administration!


**This Role Must Be On Site - No Hybrid/Remote Options**


HR Specialist(Santa Fe Springs):

  • Must have solid generalist HR exposure and have worked with medium to large sized companies
  • MUST have experience with Contract Review, Editing, and Administration
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with little to no oversight
  • Must have experience helping to develop/implement new policies/procedures at all levels
  • Must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Salary is likely $70k - $90K base + bonus, 401k, benefits, PTO
  • Must have experience with helping to manage external vendors, and be comfortable speaking directly to key stakeholders
  • Must have experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
