Location: Fremont, CA, Embrace the excitement of a vibrant cityscape as you contribute to our visionary mission.(On-site presence required 5 days per week)
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with ADP or similar HR platform
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in a human resource capacity (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)
Plusses:
- Familiarity with Zendesk and CultureAmp
- SDHRM certification
Role Highlights: As a key member of our HR team, you'll contribute to the success of our Urban Air Mobility Division and work closely with the HR Generalist and Sr. HR Business Partner. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws to protect both the company and employees
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating surveys, interviews, and research related to HR policies and compensation
- Participating in the preparation of the performance review process
- Maintaining organizational charts to ensure effective communication across the company
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings to facilitate seamless communication
- Assisting in the creation of relevant correspondence
- Providing administrative support to HR operations, maintaining employee electronic records and HRIS entry
- Facilitating changes in job roles, supervisors, compensation, etc. through HRIS
- Assisting employees with inquiries related to employment and company policies
- Undertaking any assigned related duties to contribute to HR success
