Ideal candidate for the Human Resources Recruiter position manages and resolves employee-related issues within the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by accurately presenting its values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contacts to post interview feedback.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators, evaluate recruitment efforts and suggest improvement.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and compensation benchmark to guide effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilizes various channels such as job boards, social media, professional network, and referrals to post jobs, identify and attract qualified candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' suitability for the role.
• Must be available to work any given shifts.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and organizations to expand the talent pool and stay updated on market trends.
• Conducts interviews, evaluates candidates' skills and cultural fit, and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
• Schedule and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process and timely communication.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to fully understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with company's objectives and values.
• Actively seek diverse candidates and promotes an inclusive hiring process that values different backgrounds and perspectives.

Education / Experience

• Positive and a can do attitude and a desire to work in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, openness, and high standards of professionalism.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
• Human Resources Management certification a plus.
• Three-five years related experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques and sourcing strategies. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS a plus) and other recruitment software. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit or combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or similar HR certification a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
