Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a 2 month project in El Segundo (hybrid)


Worksite: Hybrid (3 day per week onsite)

Location: El Segundo, CA


Responsibilities:


  • This role will support the Form I-9 project of physically viewing and supporting Form I-9 documents in person for staff hired during the COVID 19 exemption period starting 3/2020
  • Ensure accurate completion of the Form I-0 documentation
  • Regular communication with team members including TA, HR, Hiring Managers and all levels of staff.
  • Perform shipping of TA goodies to new hires as needed
  • Swiftly and professionally adjust to unexpected changes.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees at all levels from executives to individual contributors including onsite, offsite, and global.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality consistent with a corporate Human Resources department.
  • Minimum education required bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to smoothly adapt to competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Our successful candidate will have excellent business communication skills, both in written and spoken form.
  • Accuracy and strict attention to detail is a must.
  • Practicing exceptional organizational, time management, administrative and customer service skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting and working with in a fast-paced corporate HR team.
  • Past experience completing Form I-9 as an employer – Section 2, Section 3

Ability to use:

  • MS Teams for video calls
  • MS Excel for managing reports.
  • MS Outlook


Benefits and Compensation:

$23- $26 per hour
