AIG is recruiting for an
HR Project Manager
to join our HR Program Management team. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual with a strong sense of accountability, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. The Program Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and with realization of targeted benefits.
This position is an on-site role, 3-4 days per week, and can be based in the following cities: NYC, Jersey City, Houston, Wilton, Atlanta, Charlotte or Chicago.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Balance multiple duties efficiently and effectively
- Provide guidance, direction and support to internal project team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Coordinate the involvement of external consultants as needed
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Background in HR functions and processes preferred
- Identify, resolve and escalate issues, risks, action items and decisions
- Document and socialize project charters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree
- Workday system experience required
- Champion leading practices in project management
- Establish a regular project cadence
Education and Training:- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of related experience required
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications desirable.
For positions based in Jersey City, the base salary range is $93,000 - $137,000. For positions based in NYC, the base salary range is $103,000 - $144,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
