Job Description
What does a successful Boarding Support Project Manager do at Fiserv?


As a Boarding Support Project Manager, you will play a critical role in developing an operational readiness model that enables the successful implementation of new and enhanced products and services. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving operational process development to support Fiserv's growth.


What You Will Do


  • Develop an operational readiness model for implementing new product offerings
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including process flows and work aids
  • Assess and address associate training needs across implementation teams
  • Establish and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Support occasional after-hours work due to time zone differences
  • Liaise with Product teams to align on business readiness components
  • Identify opportunities for automation to streamline and reduce delivery times for clients
  • Provide timely project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders
  • Create process flows, workflows, and job aids to support implementation teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation processes


What You Will Need To Have


  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and others)
  • Minimum two years of experience in Project Management or Implementations
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage and prioritize work queues across multiple workstreams
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, translating technical information for non-technical colleagues
  • Experience with Card Management systems and debit card processing is a plus
