Supporting highly technical and customized engineering solutions, the Engineering Project Manager will oversee scope, schedule, and budget of highly complex engineered projects that help PAR deliver premier custom solutions for material handling equipment including cranes, manipulator systems, and other custom handling equipment solutions.

Requirements

• Able to travel up to 20% of the time
• Experience leading project teams through the project life cycle, from contract award through design, assembly, testing, and delivery.
• Professional Project Management certification is a plus
• Comprehensive experience in Microsoft Project software preferred
• Experience working within a technical, engineering-driven, and project-based matrix organization
• Project experience in highly regulated and quality critical industries. Nuclear industry experience and NQA-1 familiarity is a plus.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical area preferred.
• Candidate must qualify as a US Person
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a project leadership role (e.g., Project Manager, Lead System Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Field Engineer, etc.) with a focus in material handling equipment including cranes, manipulator systems, and other custom handling equipment solutions.
