About This Role

My client offers creative design, project management, fabrication, and installation services to well-known business headquarters and offices throughout the country. They are looking for a client-facing Project Manager - large format printing estimator who has a background working on creative initiatives for office interiors. Work with their clients ranging from a well-known media company to a global athletic shoe brand.

Position Overview

The Project Manager reports to the Director of Operations. They will serve as a crucial liaison between our sales and production departments and our customers. Must have print production and/or 3D project estimating experience.

Responsibilities include:

· Communicating and engaging with clients

· Providing estimates

· Writing orders

· Working directly with production to ensure work is done correctly and on schedule

· Following up on orders to ensure total client satisfaction

· Checking inventory of print and fabrication materials

Necessary skills & qualities:

· Project Management experience (4+ years)

· Full understanding of sales cycle for large-format printing and office fabrication jobs

· Printing and custom Fabrication knowledge/experience (desired)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Highly organized and time efficient

· Ownership of Estimating and Project Manager responsibilities

· Self-motivated; self-starter

· Team Player personality & work ethic

· Knowledge of the following software programs is a plus:

o Adobe Suite

o Microsoft Excel

o Asana

o Cyrious

o NetSuite

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60K-$70K per year. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
