Job Description

The Project Manager is a forward-thinking information professional with a proven, in-depth understanding of analytical and statistical approaches to transform the way in which data is translated into actionable intelligence while encompassing a customer-focused culture. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of various projects within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project objectives, create timelines, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within budget.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial constraints.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project deliverables.
  • Supports the Sales and Marketing team and/or other departments on an as needed basis.
  • Initiate, plan, and execute projects in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring all project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible to team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor project performance, adjusting as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
  • Regularly communicate project status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Actively participates and contributes to the goals and objectives of the Company by working collaboratively and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Willingly takes on additional responsibilities as requested in order to accomplish department and Company objectives.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced work environment, and dynamic work culture.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, software, and best practices.


Training or Work Experience:

  • Five or more years of project management experience.


Certifications:

  • Project Management Certification


Working Conditions:

  • On-Site Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Business Travel: Occasional travel (5 – 10% of the time).
