Position Summary

At Packaged, we bring a new approach to packaging by combining custom solutions with the power of data and insights to create better connections between our brand partners and their customers. We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work with the sales, operations, and finance teams to oversee the planning and execution of concurrent customer campaigns and engagements. Specific areas of focus and responsibility are outlined below:

Position Responsibilities

·Design and implement campaign specific project timelines and execution plans.

·Liaise between sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure that projects and campaigns meet internal minimum requirements.

·Delegate tactical project tasks and assignments within design, operations, and finance teams in accordance with project plan.

·Track and communicate progress for individual project specific assignments and campaign-wide initiatives identifying at risk project tasks and developing mitigation plans.

·Prepare and maintain internal and external project management deliverables.

·Interface with customer during project/campaign ideation and design phase, provide updates during planning and execution phases, and ensure customer satisfaction at campaign completion.

·Maintain customer order status interface and ensure accuracy of related information and supporting documents.

·Serve as internal and external point of contact for project/campaign planning, status, and feedback.

·Maintain and enhance internal project planning and tracking processes and tools to continuously improve efficiency and control.

·Oversee the execution of quality assurance standards and protocols including product sampling, sample retention, and sample archives.

·Interface with vendors on quality assurance initiatives, providing appropriate feedback and communication to mitigate or resolve issues or areas for improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience

·Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of Project Planning experience.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, operational Microsoft Excel skillset required.

·Highly organized with ability to prioritize and adapt based project timing, customer, and strategic company objectives.

·Ability to navigate ERP system to facilitate operational functions of campaign and product lifecycles.

·Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with ability to directly interface with customers, vendors, and internal team members.

·Ability to critically analyze and assess required tools at tasks/assignment and project level to ensure deployment of sufficient resources.

·Proven ability to manage internal and external expectations and develop project/campaign plans to meet or exceed said expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

·Salary: $77,500 - $82,500 based on applicable experience.

·Full-time position.
