Project Manager:
Role is located in Lakewood, CO and involves up to 25%+ travel to project sites - US and International.

EPC company (Engineer, Procure and Construct).
The projects managed are primarily in the Construction Product Industry and the Metallurgical Industry. The Company masters manufacturing processes, develops, sells and builds full or partial solutions of manufacturing lines for these Industries.
Once a contract is won, the full project is placed under the responsibility of a Project Manager.
The successful candidates must have:
- EPC experience a plus
- Must also be willing to travel on a regular basis, both in the USA and abroad
- Natural leadership skills while working in a small team environment
- Engineering degree and/or an MBA Experience with management of Capital Expenditures projects could be a plus.
- Have a natural curiosity for the technical aspects of the projects
- A US passport is required
- 5+ years of project management experience in a traditional manufacturing industry or in the construction industry
- Must be well organized
- Have good communication skills
- Have a high sense of initiative
The Project Manager is expected to plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate construction/installation of engineered solutions as provided by the Company engineering design team, manage human resources involved in the construction/installation process, and make sure that all safety, legal and statutory requirements required by the project are met.
Key performance Indicators
- Issue quotation requests, bid analysis and purchase orders
- Safety is the Project Manager’s first priority
- Make sure that all work performed on a Job Site meets the safety procedures in place
- Ensure Gross Margin at the end of project is met
- Verify quality and accuracy of materials and equipment supplied
- Signature and payment of Final Acceptance
- Meet customer satisfaction for each project
- Overall performance of the project team utilized for the nominated project
- Ability to read and understand drawings and job specifications
- Maintain a quality control program
- Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Maintain schedule to ensure a timely completion of project to the contracted time line
- Effectively apply and enforces project standards
- Maintain and manage project budget
- Develop supplier relationships that support the supply chain
Other Skills Required
The Project Manager is expected to be able to bridge the gap between different languages and cultures. He/she also has to be pro-active, in collaboration with Company technical experts, in appraising various technological solutions for sourcing the best solutions globally to meet the nominated project requirements in a cost effective manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including; outlook, project, excel and word.
