Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Franklin, NJ

Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 (competitive rate DOE)

Industry: Fabrication & Bridge Repair

The Company

Our client is a family run Fabrication and Bridge Repair Steelwork Company. Looking for an estimator and project manager to join the family team.

The Role

Steel Estimator/Project Manager

  • Obtain pricing for materials. May call on customer/ client for bid clarification
  • Review construction documents, take-offs and understands scope of work to bid.
  • Responsible for developing cost estimates on routine projects for steel fabrication as required by client’s documents.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, construction methods, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
