Job Summary
- Assist with data entry, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes in Workday.
- Manage and maintain Workday HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data from Workday to support decision-making and HR initiatives.
- Supports recruiting activities.
- Assists with employee offboarding, including coordinating exit interviews and managing offboarding paperwork.
- Manages the new hire process, including preparing paperwork, orientation logistics, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary forms.
- Facilitates background check process, responds to external applicants, schedules interviews and appointments.
- Maintains department filing system, I-9 files, and Team Member personnel files ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Help administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Coordinates all elements of internal meetings, training sessions, and special events.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- Assist with HR-related event planning, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and training sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters within the scope of the role.
- Provides administrative support to the SVP, Human Resources including managing calendar, coordinating meeting and event logistics, and completion of special projects.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document creation, data analysis, and communication.
- Customer-focused; commitment to cater to customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Work with a sense of urgency and priority.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems, such as Workday, for data management and reporting.
