Job Description
Job Summary


This position is responsible for providing a wide range of HR administrative support to the Human Resources Department to ensure that the Human Resources department objectives are accomplished efficiently, effectively, and with established timelines.


Responsibilities


HRIS Administration:


  • Assist with data entry, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes in Workday.
  • Manage and maintain Workday HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data from Workday to support decision-making and HR initiatives.


Employee Lifecycle Support


  • Supports recruiting activities.
  • Assists with employee offboarding, including coordinating exit interviews and managing offboarding paperwork.
  • Manages the new hire process, including preparing paperwork, orientation logistics, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary forms.
  • Facilitates background check process, responds to external applicants, schedules interviews and appointments.


HR Operations And Compliance


  • Maintains department filing system, I-9 files, and Team Member personnel files ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Help administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries related to benefits.


General HR Support


  • Coordinates all elements of internal meetings, training sessions, and special events.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with HR-related event planning, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and training sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters within the scope of the role.
  • Provides administrative support to the SVP, Human Resources including managing calendar, coordinating meeting and event logistics, and completion of special projects.


Requirements


  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document creation, data analysis, and communication.
  • Customer-focused; commitment to cater to customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and priority.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems, such as Workday, for data management and reporting.


Compensation


The expected annual base salary for this exempt role is $40,000 - $45,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
