- Requires technical / investigation and trouble shooting skills.
- Facilitates discussions / solutions with partners, and acts as a subject matter expert on all Client Resources portal related applications / reporting.
- Communicates timely important complex information to appropriate levels of the organization.
- Client Facing Role - Monitoring a Phone Line
- Follows basic inventory management disciplines for managing workload.
- Provides world class helpline customer service.
- Supports the creation and amendment of security access for portal users.
- Conducts analysis of multifaceted problems / issues, proposes recommended solutions and drives resolution.
- Technical / investigation and trouble shooting skills are required
- Excel in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to stay organized
- Willing to support team goals while maintaining individual performance
- Minimum of three years experience customer service in a fast paced environment
- Prioritize and adapt based on deadlines
- Ability to effectively problem solve to resolution
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- High School Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Outlook, Excel, Word and OneNote
