Enrollment And Billing Sr Rep / Cigna For Employers Helpline Analyst - Remote ($17.00 - $26.00 / Hour)

This business operations position is within the Consumer Onboarding and Service Department. Provide customer service to our Select segment client base utilizing the Hiring Company for Employers. Acts as a resource for matrix partners inclusive of Sales and Client Advocacy as well as clients and brokers, with an emphasis on high client interaction. Supports standard front line troubleshooting skills and security access management for the portal. Facilitates scheduled training sessions via WebEx for customers on portal navigation and usage.

Overall Responsibilities

• Requires technical / investigation and trouble shooting skills.
• Facilitates discussions / solutions with partners, and acts as a subject matter expert on all Client Resources portal related applications / reporting.
• Communicates timely important complex information to appropriate levels of the organization.
• Client Facing Role - Monitoring a Phone Line
• Follows basic inventory management disciplines for managing workload.
• Provides world class helpline customer service.
• Supports the creation and amendment of security access for portal users.
• Conducts analysis of multifaceted problems / issues, proposes recommended solutions and drives resolution.

Qualifications

• Technical / investigation and trouble shooting skills are required
• Excel in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to stay organized
• Willing to support team goals while maintaining individual performance
• Minimum of three years experience customer service in a fast paced environment
• Prioritize and adapt based on deadlines
• Ability to effectively problem solve to resolution
• Communication skills both written and verbal
• High School Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Outlook, Excel, Word and OneNote

6:00AM – 4:30PM MST- Monday - Friday- must be flexible during these hours

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
