Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will help achieve the agency goal of enabling DOR to operate efficiently and effectively. Your business analysis skills will help manage project activities and perform business requirements for our high performing business application development teams. Your business analysis tasks will include:
- Communicating and coordinating project teams composed of a wide variety of DOR employees and vendors.
- Define high level business needs and facilitate business requirements meetings with business partners.
- Work with project teams to discuss and document business and functional requirements, create process flows, and identify system enhancements.
- Coordinate the resolution of system issues with business and technical staff.
- Guide the analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation for assigned projects and systems using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications
Minimally qualified candidates will have experience ineachof the following:
- Experience serving as the liaison coordinating with others (e.g., project managers, stakeholders, business users, and developers) in facilitating projects (e.g., scope, timeline, resources, etc.).
- Experience writing business requirements for IT system needs.
- Collaborate with IT staff (e.g., developers) to resolve system issues for business users.
- Experience coordinating system testing with others (e.g., writing test plans and scenarios, user acceptance testing, analyze test results, etc.).
