Billing Specialist (Insurance) - Remote

Must Haves:

• Completed HS diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
• Experience in or aptitude to learn about Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle, Billing
• Strong Excel experience

Plusses:

• Experience with Dental Billing, commercial insurance or Medicaid
• Proficiency with dental or medical software, Dentrix or EagleSoft is preferred

Day to Day:

• Our client is looking for a Billing Specialist to join the team! This role is fully remote or onsite in Morrisville, NC. If onsite, will work 4 days a week onsite with 1 remote day. This role is part of the Central Billing Office team that supports over 150 dental clinics nationwide from a billing and insurance perspective. This team focuses on collections, AR, revenue cycle, payment posting, dental commercial insurance and Medicaid participation. The ideal candidate will have a background or aptitude for Dental billing, great work ethic and ability to learn software quickly! This is part of a growing team and has the opportunity to be long term.
