About Our Team

The Subsplash Finance Team is a growing team focused on keeping the company running efficiently and effectively. We are detail-oriented, analytical number crunchers, and love improving processes (not to mention a good spreadsheet!). About the Role

As the Billing Support Specialist you will report to the Billing Manager and support the company’s billing and payment collections functions. You will be responsible for serving our clients through phone and email correspondence to address and answer questions or concerns. You will also complete other clerical tasks related to maintaining accounts receivable records for Subsplash, including accurately updating and maintaining all client accounts. Your contribution to the team will help drive towards excellence in the accounts receivable function.

Your Priorities

• Collaborate on monthly billing projects
• Support and execute month-end tasks
• Manage upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and other client account adjustments
• Maintain and support legacy billing systems as needed
• Record client payments accurately within all accounting systems
• Maintain non-pay processes to collect payment from our non-pay customers
• Process and support new client sign-ups
• Resolve client account discrepancies between systems
• Other duties as assigned
• Work with internal teams to resolve client questions and concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries through written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Excel skills are a plus
• Highly organized and able to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• 1-3 years data entry or clerical experience
• Desire to serve faith-based organizations
• Friendly and professional towards team members and clients
• Experience working with accounts receivables is a plus
• Acute attention to detail and excellence in problem-solving
• An undergraduate degree in business is a plus
• Accepts responsibility, accountability and takes pride in their work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from $50,000 - 60,000/yr.

Location

Subsplash currently has operations in 22 states across the US! As much as we would love to have employees in as many states and countries as we have clients, we are currently limiting hiring to the states we already operate in. As a result of that, this role is only available as a 100% remote position if you reside in one of the following states:

AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MO, MI, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
